Peanut Brittle - Aaaaah, the golden stuff. . ..delicious toasted peanuts in brittle toffee.We don`t want to sound all anoraky, but really, the sweetness of the brittle goes perfectly well with the nuttiness of the peanuts - such a lovely combination, and lovely and crunchy (not to be attempted if your fillings are a bit dodgy!)
